Every plan starts with the same 30-day trial — no card, and nothing is charged until you choose a plan. The trial covers 250 people so you can point it at a real estate rather than a sample of one.

Questions worth answering before you sign up
- What counts as a “person”? Someone in your people directory, whether they hold one licence or twenty. Leavers you’ve marked as departed don’t count.
- What happens when the trial ends? Nothing is deleted. The portal goes read-only until you choose a plan — chasing a renewal by hiding your own work is hostile.
- Can I change plan later? Yes, in both directions, and the portal tells you which tier actually fits your size rather than the one it would prefer to sell you.
- Do you need access to our systems? No. The whole product works from the exports you can download from your vendors today.
- Will you email our staff? Only when you start a campaign, only the people holding the seats you selected, and never before your own account is verified.
- Where is the data? Each customer gets their own tenant, kept separate from every other customer’s. If your security team needs to review it properly, ask us and we’ll take them through it.
