Roadmap
What’s here now, and what’s next.
Written for people who would rather know before they sign up than after. Order is roughly the order we intend to build in, not a set of dates.
Available today
- Your applications, seats and costs — unit price, billing period, currency, renewal date, and an internal owner per application.
- Seat lists from any vendor — upload the export you can already download. The file is treated as the authoritative list of who holds a seat.
- Your people, once — one HR file marks leavers across every application at the same time, instead of application by application.
- Surveys — ask the holders of quiet seats whether they still need them, and keep their answer as the evidence.
- The monthly report — what was released, what it was costing, and the reason behind each one.
- Renewal timeline — every contract on one view, with a reminder far enough ahead that the seat count can still be changed.
Being built
- Connected systemscoming soon
Reading seats and activity straight from the source instead of from an export. Microsoft Entra ID is first and already connects; Google Workspace, Atlassian, 1Password and Adobe follow it.
- Automatic ticket creationcoming soon
Raising the removal ticket in your service desk at the moment a licence is reclaimed, rather than leaving you to do it by hand. Freshservice first.
Deliberately not planned
Not everything missing is missing by accident.
- Removing licences for you. Reassign tells you which seats to remove and records that you did. Changing accounts in your vendors stays with you — an automated tool with the rights to delete access across your estate is a bigger risk than the money it saves.
- Charging per application. Auditing more software should never cost you more. That would put a price on looking.
